Every sitter submits an ID document and is reviewed by Snupi before going live. Only people who completed a booking can leave a review, so reviews are real. Keep your messages and payment on Snupi: everything stays logged and protected. We always recommend a Meet & Greet before the first stay, and you can report any booking or chat.

One by one, by hand. Every profile submits an ID document and is reviewed by the Snupi team before going live: who the person is, what experience they have, what their space looks like. No automated mass sign-ups. Sitters also complete a safety training on dog body language, and the badge shows on their profile.

Every sitter has a limit of dogs at the same time, set on their profile and enforced by the system: once the limit is reached, the calendar closes by itself and no more bookings can come in on those days. Your dog never ends up in an overcrowded home. On your first booking, the free Meet & Greet comes pre-selected so you can meet the person and see the space first.

Sitters and daycares set their own prices, so rates vary by service, location and experience. Snupi adds a small service fee, shown before you confirm. Try a search to see typical prices in your area.

You pay securely by card through Snupi when you book. We hold the amount and only release it to the sitter after the stay. If the sitter declines, you are refunded in full.
