Last updated: June 2026. Snupi respects your privacy and complies with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679). 1. Data controller Snupi, a project by Nadine Saitner. Contact: ola@snupi.pt. 2. What we collect • Account: name, email, password (encrypted). • Bookings: dates, service, dog name, messages, amount. • Sitters: city, availability, ID document (for verification). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. 3. Purposes & legal basis • Provide the service and manage bookings (contract). • Verify sitter identity (legitimate interest + safety). • Communications about your booking (contract). 4. Who processes your data We use processors: Supabase (database/login), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (notification emails). We do not sell your data. 5. Retention We keep data while your account is active. You can request deletion anytime. 6. Your rights Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
